REFUNDS

Change of Mind Warehouse Comics does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, whether on pre-orders or in-stock items. By placing an order for in-stock or pre-order items, the buyer is committing to purchase all the items selected, regardless of the date received. On-sale dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. The customer is responsible to read the full description of the items purchased and to make inquiries prior to completing checkout. Final cover images may vary from the promotional image, and descriptions may vary from those issued by the publisher. Warehouse Comics will not accept returns for errors made in this area.   Printing Damage We screen comics for damage upon receipt from the distributor/publisher, and ship comics in a condition that will grade at 8.0 or higher (unless otherwise indicated in a specific listing). We do not accept returns on product purchased unless the product contains printing damage that will result in a lower grade. than 8.0, If a buyer wishes to return a product, they must first contact Warehouse Comics at chiefgeek@warehousecomics.com and provide photos showing the area of concern, as well as photos of the packaging. Warehouse Comics does not accept returns for items with minor imperfections such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear that will still grade 9.0 or higher. Certain publishers now print many covers on low quality paper, which usually reach us with minor imperfections. In order to be eligible for a refund, the buyer must return the product at their expense within seven calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and ensure it is still in good condition. If it is, the cost (not including shipping) will be refunded. If the product is damaged in any way, or if the return process has been initiated after the maximum time has passed, the item will not be eligible for a refund. These conditions also apply to items that are damaged in the shipping process.   • Financial data: payment details, which may include billing addresses, credit/debit card details and bank account details.

We retain your email for any newsletter subscription until you request for this to be terminated either by contacting us at chiefgeek@warehousecomics.com or by selecting “Unsubscribe” in your newsletter. We retain the information you provide to create an account with us until you choose to close that account (please contact us to process this request).
